Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Plans covered by this policy
- Basic is free and has no billing.
- Pro is the paid plan for premium app features and product support.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel before the next renewal date to stop future renewals. If you cancel before renewal, your paid access stays active until the end of the current paid period and you are not charged again for the next period.
3. Refund requests
For orders processed through Paddle, buyers have 30 days from the order completion date to cancel or request a refund.
Refund requests can be submitted through paddle.net or by emailing support@kindmindcoach.pro. Please include the account email and charge date so the order can be located quickly.
- Paddle handles returns as Merchant of Record for Paddle orders.
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
- No additional exceptions or product-specific refund restrictions are intended to override this policy for Paddle orders.
4. Paddle orders
When an order is processed by Paddle, Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record. Payment-related returns and related customer service inquiries may be handled through Paddle’s order flow together with the product support process described in our Terms of Service.
